Job summary

Florence Consulting is seeking a Group Head of HR for a leading Saudi holding company. You will provide strategic guidance to the Executive Board and align HR activities across the group, reviewing policies and leading development of new initiatives.

The role requires a proven track record in organizational change, extensive HR experience in the GCC, and fluency in Arabic with strong English. A Masters in HR or an MBA is preferred, and owning a car with a driving license is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of HR experience with leadership roles.
• Masters in HR or MBA preferred.
• Proven track record in organizational change within the GCC.
• Arabic fluent/excellent; English very good.

The Group Head of HR will provide strategic guidance to the Executive Board and will align all HR activities across the group. You will review current policies and manage the development and implementation of new initiatives.

You should be a strong leader with a proven track record in organizational change. Previous experience within the GCC is a must.

It is not a necessity to speak Arabic but it would be an advantage.
