Job summary

Menasa & Partners FZ-LLC in Riyadh seeks an HR Manager (Saudi National Only) to lead HR operations in KSA. You will oversee recruitment, advise on HR matters, manage contracts, and report to the head office. The role requires tenacity and the ability to work under pressure with one direct report.

Candidates should have PRO/GRO experience, strong knowledge of local labor legislation and IQAMA processes. A minimum of 3 years in HR is required.

HR Manager (Saudi National Only)
Our client currently have 70 staff in KSA and they would like to increase the team of which most are expats. They do however, have targets to Saudize the workforce to 55%
The role therefore, will include recruitment, general HR advise, employment contracts, reporting to head office and will be ideal for a candidate who is enthusiastic, open to training and developing leaderships skills. There will be one direct report but you will be responsible for managing the HR operation in KSA. You will therefore need tenacity, strength of character and the ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will have prior PRO/GRO experience and have a good understanding of the local labor legislation and employment contracts and IQAMA processes and procedures.
You will need to be self motivated and have a hands on approach to HR. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience within HR.
