Foreground is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager – Government & Semi-Government Accounts in Saudi Arabia to lead and expand sales within public sector institutions. You will manage the full sales lifecycle, oversee tender participation, and ensure compliance with procurement requirements.

The role focuses on building a robust government client portfolio, driving pipeline and revenue growth, and maintaining long-term relationships with public sector entities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling into government or semi-government sectors.
• Strong understanding of tendering processes and procurement cycles.
• Ability to manage segment-level P&L and stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent in Arabic.

Responsibilities
