Job summary

Classera is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead and scale our Public Sector sales organization across Saudi Arabia, GCC, and MENA. You will own the full sales cycle and manage government relationships to drive revenue growth in public-sector accounts.

Saudi nationals only. You will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, and collaborate with Delivery and Finance to ensure successful project execution across regional markets.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of sales experience in enterprise/government markets.
• Minimum 5 years in leading a sales team.
• Proven ownership of government relationships at ministry or public-sector level.
• Experience leading government tenders through Etimad or equivalent platforms.

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Build and maintain relationships with ministries, government entities, and senior decision-makers.
• Lead government tenders through Etimad and equivalent procurement platforms.
• Set sales targets, coach the team, and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Manage complex enterprise B2G sales opportunities and strategic accounts.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline discipline.
• Work closely with Delivery and Finance to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements

• Saudi National (Mandatory).
• 8–10+ years of sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Enterprise B2B/B2G Sales.
• Minimum 3 years managing and leading a sales team.
• Proven ownership of government relationships at ministry or public-sector decision-maker level.
• Proven experience leading government tenders through Etimad or equivalent platforms.
• Experience closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder government deals.
• Regional experience across KSA, GCC, and/or MENA.
• Strong executive presentation and negotiation skills.

Preferred

• SaaS, EdTech, or GovTech experience.
• Existing relationships within Saudi government entities.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM.
