Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years work experience in Order Management / Customer Service in a multinational company.
• Work experience in Medical Device or Pharma.
• SAP proficiency.
• MS Office (Excel).
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Willing to Travel.

Responsibilities

• Represents company to external and internal customers, processes and follows up on customer orders per policies, and monitors financial situations in collaboration with Finance and BUs.
• Manages web-based ordering or registrations, handles customer credits, returns for credit, and writes price differentials on mail orders.
• Manages inventories at customer facilities using EDI, forecasting, replenishment and inventory systems to maximize service levels.
• Handles customer complaints and warranty coordination, and follows up on return criteria and distribution Hold Notifications.
• Supports organizing of efficient third-party warehousing and distribution operations.
• Contributes to the establishment of an effective quality management system.
