SSC Egypt seeks an Order Management Specialist in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to oversee the full order lifecycle from booking to invoicing. You will work closely with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics and Finance to keep orders on track, monitor production schedules, and provide timely status updates.

Strong English communication is essential, with Arabic a plus. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 0–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management software.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Manage and follow up on customer orders from booking through delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Monitor production schedules and provide timely order status updates.
• Follow up on payment status and maintain accurate order documentation.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management software.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
