BD in Riyadh is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist who will process Sales Orders, GRVs, consignment billing, replacements, and credits using SAP. You will own customer issues from receipt to resolution, communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction.

The role requires handling emails, reports, and coordination with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to resolve stock and delivery issues while maintaining data accuracy and SLA adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree required in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5–7 years in customer service with healthcare/pharma or medical devices.
• Experience with NUPCO and government hospital deliveries is essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/HANA is preferred.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.

• Process orders, billing, credits, returns in SAP accurately.
• Manage daily customer requests and ensure on-time processing.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Investigate delivery, invoice, and product issues; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate delivery appointments with NUPCO and platforms.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, sales and finance teams.
