You will coordinate with customs brokers, work with suppliers, and use ERP and Excel to optimize inventory and reduce costs, contributing to reliable delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, international transportation, or warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain operations.
• Experience working with international freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and efficiently solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily logistics operations, including receiving, storage, shipping, and distribution.
• Manage international transportation activities, ensuring timely delivery and carrier selection.
• Coordinate with customs brokers for smooth and timely clearance of shipments.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve supply-related issues and follow up on shipment readiness.
• Review and authenticate shipping documents to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and propose improvements to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce costs.
