Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse and handling plans for safe, efficient operations.
• Coach and guide the team to meet work schedules and targets.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to meet service timings.
• Plan inventory and oversee ordering to meet organizational needs.
• Resolve conflicts and coordinate delivery with shippers and customers.
• Maintain stock accuracy and perform daily/weekly inventory cycle counts.
• Review material inspections for conformity with orders and defects.
• Execute safety, security and inventory control programs.
• Highlight issues and opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
