Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced IT support across Windows, macOS, and mobile
• 2+ years in IT operations or IT support
• MDM tools experience (JamfPro, Intune)
• Familiar with ITIL service management principles
• Experience supporting a global user base across time zones
• Strong understanding of Microsoft services and networking concepts
• Hardware troubleshooting for end-user devices (laptops, monitors)

Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level technical assistance across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms onsite and remotely.
• Resolve complex device, application, and connectivity issues to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Own persistent or high-impact technical problems with deep diagnostics.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to expedite resolutions.
• Maintain and enhance video conferencing, network connectivity, and shared office tech.
• Ensure meeting spaces and collaboration tools are reliable for hybrid work needs.
• Act as liaison during office expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and service transitions.
• Contribute to planning, implementation, and post-deployment support.
• Create and refine internal documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides.
• Mentor peers and contribute to team learning and knowledge bases.
• Travel occasionally to regional offices to support deployments and build relationships.
• Maintain consistent service standards across locations.
