You will manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, networking, servers, and modern workplace technologies while mentoring a high-performing IT team and ensuring service excellence.

Excellent stakeholder management, fluent English, and a proactive, hands-on leadership style are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 6+ years IT experience with 4+ years in IT management.
• Experience managing multi-site IT operations.
• Strong expertise in M365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, networking, security.
• Vendor & budget management; outsourcing experience.
• Knowledge of Saudi cybersecurity & data protection regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT operations across multiple offices.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, networking, servers.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of systems.
• Drive cybersecurity, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Oversee IT infrastructure for new office openings, events.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, software licensing, and vendors.
• Provide executive technology support and ensure meeting rooms and collaboration tech work.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.
