• Windows client administration: hardening, patching and issue resolution.
• Networking knowledge covering routing, switching and wireless basics.
• Desktop support across remote and hybrid environments.
• Clear communication with global users and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-user service delivery in hybrid work settings.
• Coordinate incident and request handling per ITSM practices.
• Optimize Nexthink-based endpoint analytics and remediation efforts.
• Maintain and improve ServiceNow workflows for incidents and changes.
• Keep Windows client environments secure and compliant through standard configurations.
• Troubleshoot remote desktop issues to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose network connectivity issues across wired and wireless.
• Develop runbooks and knowledge articles for service desk operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement infra changes.
• Analyze service performance metrics to drive capacity planning and improvements.
• Implement ITSM controls for incident prioritization and escalation.
