Qualifications

• 8+ years of fertilizer marketing experience.
• Experience with international markets and pricing analysis.
• Strong product management, analytics and reporting background.
• Ability to develop executive-ready market insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead product management and market analysis for fertilizer portfolios and regions.
• Develop regional marketing strategies and promotional plans.
• Lead pricing strategy, margin analysis and budgeting processes.
• Prepare executive market reports and scenario analyses for leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Planning on plans and inventory.
