Job summary

Maaden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Lead Specialist, Contract Services I to lead complex sourcing and contract management for the Phosphate BU. This role focuses on governance, risk control, and delivering value through high-value service contracts, with responsibility for negotiations, amendments and supplier performance.

You will mentor team members and provide executive-level reporting to optimize continuity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in SCM, business, engineering, law or related field.
• 8–10 years in contract services, sourcing, and commercial negotiations in industrial sectors.
• Strong governance, risk, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for high-value service contracts.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and business justifications.
• Manage amendments, renewals and change orders with governance.
• Provide contracts advisory to stakeholders and management.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive contract coverage.
