Job summary

Ma'aden Gold and Base Metals (MGBM) seeks a Principal Specialist, Trading Management to maximize Gold Doré sales value through market intelligence, price forecasting, and strategic pricing.

You will serve as the internal expert on precious metals markets, advising Sales and Commercial teams on pricing decisions, market opportunities, and risk management while building advanced models and dashboards for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business/finance related field.
• Proven expertise in LBMA pricing mechanisms and precious metals markets.
• Strong quantitative, forecasting, and pricing-analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategies for Gold Doré with LBMA benchmarks and market-based methods.
• Develop and maintain price forecasts and market intelligence reports.
• Create financial models and dashboards to support management decisions.
• Advise Sales/Commercial teams on pricing, risk, and market opportunities.
• Evaluate hedging, forward sales, and derivative strategies for revenue optimization.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Senior Management on pricing and execution.
• Maintain market intelligence databases and historical pricing records.
