Qualifications

• CME-3 (CMA) certification and Tadawul Certificate are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline; typically 8+ years of dealing or trading-operations experience.
• Extensive practical experience in the Saudi and international markets, especially U.S. trading sessions.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
• Ability to lead multi-shift teams and manage staffing contingency.

Responsibilities

• Own operating capacity and complete dealing coverage across three daily shifts.
• Plan rotas aligned to Saudi and U.S. market hours and expected trading volumes.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews and development of Senior Dealers and Dealers.
• Define and review dealing KPIs and provide management reporting on market activity and risks.
• Lead product readiness and strategic delivery with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain relationships with brokers and internal stakeholders; ensure cross-party issue ownership.
• Develop desk playbooks for volatile markets and business continuity events.
