Job summary

Futu Holdings Limited seeks a Senior Dealer to lead an assigned dealing shift, supervise live orders and resolve complex client issues across Saudi and international markets, with emphasis on U.S. market activity. The role requires hands-on dealing and strong shift coordination.

You will manage staffing, handovers and risk controls, coordinate coverage, and work closely with the Head of Dealing to ensure uninterrupted operations, regulatory compliance, and timely escalation of incidents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant brokerage or trading-operations experience.
• Experience in Saudi and international markets, especially U.S. equities and options.
• Ability to lead a live trading desk and supervise colleagues under pressure.
• Fluent professional English, with clear client escalation and team communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift readiness, staffing, service standards and operational execution for the assigned shift.
• Arrange break cover and respond to late arrivals or unplanned absences; coordinate with Head of Dealing.
• Ensure no desk is unattended during market coverage; flag staffing shortfalls and request backup.
• Oversee live order monitoring and execution quality across Saudi and international products, including U.S. equities and options.
• Coordinate incident response for execution errors or platform disruption; escalate critical issues to Head of Dealing.
