Job summary

moomoo is seeking a Head of Dealing in Riyadh to own performance, risk discipline, and continuity of the dealing function across three shifts. The role leads Senior Dealers and Dealers, ensuring coverage of Saudi and international markets, including the U.S., and upholds trade execution standards and risk processes.

You will set procedures, supervise incident response, and collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations to maintain controls.

Qualifications

CME-3 (CMA) and Tadawul certificates are required.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
8+ years in dealing, brokerage or trading-operations with proven team leadership.
Extensive experience in Saudi and international markets, especially U.S. sessions.
Fluent professional English with strong leadership and negotiation skills.
Willingness to support night shifts to maintain three-shift coverage.

Responsibilities

Lead three-shift dealing coverage for Saudi and international markets.
Set procedures for client trade execution, risk limits and compliance.
Oversee incident response, containment and remediation of trading disruptions.
Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Ops on policy changes and controls.
Develop desk playbooks for volatile markets and continuity planning.
