Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of brokerage, dealing or trading-operations experience.
• Fluent professional English language skills.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi and international markets, especially U.S. equities and options.

• Lead end-to-end shift readiness, staffing and service standards.
• Supervise live order monitoring and execution quality across markets.
• Handle escalated trade issues and broker problems with risk controls.
• Coordinate incident response for platform disruption and errors.
• Provide real-time coaching and shift performance feedback.
