Job summary

moomoo is seeking a Senior Dealer to lead the assigned dealing shift, supervise live order monitoring, and coordinate cover to ensure uninterrupted operations across Saudi and global sessions, with particular focus on the U.S. market activity and close collaboration with the Head of Dealing.

You will manage staffing readiness, conduct shift handovers, handle escalations, and optimize trade workflows, while maintaining risk controls and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• CME-3 (CMA) certification and Tadawul Certificate required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant brokerage, dealing or trading-operations experience.
• Proven hands-on experience in the Saudi and international markets, especially U.S. equities and options.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end shift readiness, staffing and service standards.
• Supervise dealers’ live order monitoring and execution quality.
• Coordinate incident response and escalate to Head of Dealing as needed.
• Conduct structured shift handovers and maintain logs/audit records.
• Manage coverage for Saudi and U.S. sessions and monitor market events.
