Job summary

The Head of Dealing at Futu Holdings Limited oversees moomoo's dealing function across three daily shifts, ensuring coverage of Saudi and international markets, especially the U.S. and maintaining execution standards, risk controls, and operational resilience.

This hands-on leadership role closes staffing gaps, directs Senior Dealers and Dealers, and drives incident response, performance metrics, and continuous improvements with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations.

Qualifications

• CME-3 (CMA) certification — both required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related discipline; typically 8+ years of relevant dealing, brokerage or trading-operations experience.
• Extensive practical experience in the Saudi market and international markets, including U.S. trading sessions.
• Fluent professional English, written and spoken; strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead multi-shift teams and manage staffing contingency, incidents and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own operating capacity across three daily shifts, ensuring coverage aligned to Saudi and U.S. market hours.
• Lead Senior Dealers and Dealers, manage onboarding, coaching and performance reviews.
• Define and review dealing KPIs, and provide management reporting on market activity and risks.
• Develop desk playbooks for volatile markets and business continuity and test them.
• Oversee compliance with regulations, audit trails, and risk controls.
