Job summary

DAR Engineering seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. Role requires strong consulting background, technically credible, and capable of engaging senior clients from planning through delivery.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in BD, a relevant engineering background, and English fluency with Arabic preferred. Saudi/GCC network and strategic partnerships are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required; Arabic preferred.
• 12+ years in BD or growth roles within engineering/design/consulting.
• Strong client relationship, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience with building design, infrastructure or energy projects in KSA/GCC.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across building, infrastructure and energy projects in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
• Develop and execute the business development strategy aligned with DAR Engineering's growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, government entities, PMO/PMC firms, contractors, and strategic partners.
• Monitor market trends, tenders pipelines and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Lead client engagement throughout pursuit lifecycle from initial approach to proposal and contract negotiation.
• Coordinate with technical/design teams to ensure proposals reflect scope and value proposition.
