Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Specialist - Field Trainer & Capability Development to drive frontline capability across Brand KSA’s direct retail and distribution channels. The role focuses on translating training into effective selling behaviors through hands-on coaching and targeted development interventions.

You will lead a network of Training Ambassadors, support onboarding for new product launches, and ensure consistent capability standards across channels while traveling across KSA as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, L&D, retail management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in training, retail capability development, sales excellence, or frontline performance development.
• Experience in premium retail, luxury, consumer technology, beauty or similar industries is preferred.
• Strong field-based coaching, on-the-job training, and capability assessments experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to assess frontline capability gaps.
• Create and implement annual capability and training calendar aligned with objectives.
• Localize Brand training materials with Brand's regional team.
• Deliver product knowledge and selling skills training across channels.
• Provide hands-on coaching to strengthen demonstrations and storytelling.
• Coordinate and monitor Training Ambassadors and Champions network.
