Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Specialist - Field Trainer & Capability Development to lead frontline capability across Brand KSA’s direct retail and distribution channels. You will translate training into effective selling behaviours through hands-on coaching, capability assessments, and targeted development interventions, while enabling a network of Training Ambassadors and Champions.

Experience in luxury retail, strong coaching, and willingness to travel across KSA are required,

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in training, retail capability development, or frontline performance development.
Experience in premium retail or luxury sectors with frontline coaching.
Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) and willingness to travel across KSA.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Learning & Development, Retail Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead capability development across Brand KSA’s direct retail and distribution channels.
Develop and implement an annual capability and training calendar aligned with business goals.
Coach frontline teams with on-the-job training and practical coaching interventions.
Establish and oversee a network of Training Ambassadors and Champions.
Coordinate onboarding for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
