Kerten Hospitality seeks a Front Office Manager responsible for overseeing all daily operations at The House Hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a minimum of 4 years of front office experience, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Qualifications

• 4–6 years of front office experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of PMS (Opera, Fidelio or similar).
• Ability to handle guest complaints with diplomacy.

• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
