Job summary

Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is seeking an FMMA Mechanical Engineer to provide technical oversight for Hard Services at our Hail, Saudi Arabia headquarters. You will ensure project compliance and efficient operation of MEP systems.

Responsibilities include monitoring PPM schedules and CAFM/CMMS data, tracking KPIs, supporting inspections and audits, and coordinating with FMC teams and client representatives to deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of MEP systems and FM standards.
• Experience with PPM tracking and CAFM/CMMS systems.
• Ability to support inspections, audits and NCR/CAPA tracking.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Familiarity with ISO 41001, 9001, 45001, 14001 and HSE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Technical Support & Governance: Support oversight of Hard Services delivery; ensure contractor compliance with technical standards and specifications.
• PPM & Work Order Monitoring: Track PPM schedules and reactive work orders through CAFM/CMMS; monitor backlog and follow up for timely closure.
• SLA/KPI Monitoring: Collect and validate performance data; support KPI tracking, reporting, and identification of performance gaps.
• Inspections & Audit Support: Assist in technical inspections and audits; identify non-compliance issues and support NCR/CAPA tracking.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure SOPs, permits, method statements, and maintenance records are available, updated, and compliant.
• Risk & HSE Support: Support permit-to-work compliance, safety inspections, and risk mitigation activities in line with HSE standards.
• Mobilization & Handover Support: Assist in asset verification, documentation review, and readiness activities during mobilization and transition phases.
• Reporting Support: Prepare inputs for reports including PPM performance, backlog, incidents, and technical issues.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with FMC team, contractors, and client representatives to ensure smooth delivery service.

FMMA Mechanical Engineer, based at our Headquarters in Hail, Saudi Arabia.

Role Purpose:

Provide technical support and governance for Hard Services delivery across assigned site(s), ensuring compliance with contract requirements, SLA/KPI targets, and HSE standards. Support contractor (FMSP) performance monitoring, PPM execution tracking, and audit readiness—ensuring reliable and efficient operation of MEP systems.

Technical Knowledge:

Working knowledge MEP systems. Understanding of FM standards and compliance frameworks including SFG20, NFPA, SBC, CIBSE, and ASHRAE (as applicable).

Awareness of ISO standards (ISO 41001, 9001, 45001, 14001) and HSE requirements.

Competent in PPM/reactive maintenance tracking, permit-to-work systems, SLA/KPI monitoring, and basic audit/inspection processes.
