Job summary

Freyssinet Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager to lead on-site MEP activities across large-scale projects in Riyadh. You will coordinate with PMs, clients, consultants, and subcontractors, review drawings, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a mechanical or electrical engineering degree, proven leadership, strong communication, and hands-on MEP knowledge, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as an MEP Manager or senior role on large-scale construction projects.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge of major MEP systems and installation procedures.
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools.
• Thorough knowledge of international codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or Middle East is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Freyssinet Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced and dedicated MEP Construction Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Since our inception in 1978, Freyssinet Saudi Arabia (FSA) has established itself as a leader in the construction industry, transitioning from a specialist in pre-fabricated and pre-stressed concrete to a major general contractor. We have a proud history of successfully delivering a wide variety of large-scale contracts, including building complexes, hospitals, industrial projects, commercial centres, and bridges. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of our prestigious construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
