Job summary

CG Resourcing is seeking a consultant to join an expanding facilities management company in Riyadh. You will provide expert guidance in managing and optimising mechanical systems, working with facility managers, engineers and executives to enhance performance, efficiency and reliability.

The role requires a strong technical background in mechanical engineering, plus proven project management skills, and fluency in written and spoken Arabic to liaise with local stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Experience in facilities management or consulting focused on mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and other mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with Saudi Building Code, NFPA, ASHRAE and related standards.
• Strong ability to assess and analyse complex mechanical issues.
• Experience in project management and coordinating stakeholders.
• Must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic.

• Provide expert advice and guidance in managing and optimising mechanical systems and facilities.
• Support improving performance, efficiency, and reliability of mechanical systems while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Required to join an expanding Facilities Management company in Riyadh managing a range of prestigious facilities.


• The successful candidate will provide expert advice and guidance in managing and optimising the mechanical systems and facilities .


• This position requires a strong technical background and a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, combined with proficient project management skills.


• Working closely with various stakeholders, such as facility managers, engineers, and executives, the consultant aims to enhance the overall performance, efficiency, and reliability of mechanical systems while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards


• MUST Be fluent in written and spoken Arabic

Requirements:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar


• Proven experience in facilities management or consulting, with a focus on mechanical systems.


• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.


• Knowledge of SFG-20 standards, NFPA, CIBSE, Saudi Building Code, ASHRAE etc.


• Proficiency in assessing and analyzing complex mechanical issues.


• Project management skills


• MUST be fluent in written and spoken Arabic
