Job summary

Fircroft in Riyadh is seeking a Hard Services Manager to lead Facility Management operations on large-scale projects. You will oversee maintenance strategy, site surveys, mobilization plans, and SOP development, ensuring seamless service delivery.

The role requires 10+ years in FM, strong leadership and client/stakeholder management, and a proven track record in KPI, SLA compliance, and project handovers. GCC experience preferred or Saudi familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in Facility Management.
• Experience with hard services operations and MEP maintenance.
• Experience in site surveys, technical assessments, and mobilization planning.
• Knowledge of Snag Management, DLP, and project handover processes.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and review SOPs.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• GCC experience preferred or Saudi-based familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Hard Services operations for large-scale FM projects.
• Oversee site surveys, assessments, and mobilization planning.
• Develop and review SOPs; ensure KPI & SLA compliance.
• Manage snag resolution, DLP, audits, and technical reporting.
• Direct client relations and stakeholder engagement; ensure smooth handovers.

We are currently looking for a Hard Services Manager for a leading Facility Management company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Facility Management, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Strong expertise in Hard Services Operations and MEP maintenance.
• Proven experience in conducting Site Surveys, technical assessments, and preparing mobilization plans.
• Strong knowledge of Snag Management, Defects Liability Period (DLP), and project handover processes.
• Hands‑on experience in developing, implementing, and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Strong background in mobilization, service delivery, preventive and corrective maintenance, KPI & SLA management, compliance, audits, and technical reporting.
• Excellent leadership, client management, and stakeholder management skills.
• GCC experience is highly preferred or Saudi
