Job summary

Elite Leading Contracting Co. Ltd. seeks a Business Development Manager to drive FMCG trading growth from Dubai, focusing on Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You will build relationships with distributors, importers and institutional buyers across the region.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, coordinating pricing/terms with management and traveling within the UAE and GCC to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business/Marketing.
• Proven track record in business development within FMCG or related trading sectors.
• Existing network among buyers, distributors or importers in the UAE and GCC is a plus.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and product compliance.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for FMCG and food commodities.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of B2B buyers, distributors and importers.
• Approach potential clients directly and via referrals and events.
• Present profiles, offerings and terms to prospects.
• Coordinate with CFO/management on pricing, terms and deal structuring.
• Track market trends and report progress to management.
