Job summary

Confidentiel is seeking a Branch Manager – Sales for its Saudi Arabia operations. You will drive branch sales across multiple channels, translate plans into actionable targets, and lead frontline teams to meet aggressive volume and value objectives.

Close collaboration with finance, supply chain, and warehouse ensures strong in-store execution, inventory control, and cash collection performance. The role requires seasoned FMCG experience, strong leadership, and a track record of improving

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
5–8 years of FMCG sales, distribution, or commercial operations.
At least 2 years in supervisory or branch management role.
Experience in route-to-market, distribution planning, and frontline sales management.
Proficiency in Excel and ERP/Distribution systems; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive branch sales targets across assigned channels and products.
Translate commercial plans into actionable branch/route targets.
Monitor performance by product, route, customer, and channel; implement improvements.
Ensure compliance with pricing, product mix, and promotional plans.
Coordinate promotional activities with commercial teams and optimize trade investments.
Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve product penetration, and profitability.
Oversee day-to-day branch operations with sales, warehouse, logistics, and finance alignment.
Lead field coaching of frontline staff and ensure KPI achievement.
Manage accounts receivable, cash collection, and working capital improvements.
