Job summary

Sahat Al Majd Trading Company in Riyadh seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our branches and own its results. You will drive sales, manage operations, schedules, cash, inventory and ensure brand standards across service and hygiene.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in F&B or retail, at least 2 years in branch management, strong leadership, and fluency in English. This role requires availability for weekend shifts and offers a competitive salary with performance-based incentives

Qualifications

• 4+ years in F&B or retail operations.
• At least 2 years in a branch/outlet management.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Hands-on with POS, inventory and basic P&L.
• Able to work full availability for shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the branch team day to day and deliver sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure guest service meets brand standards.
• Manage schedules, cash, inventory and ordering.
• Maintain hygiene and food-safety compliance.
• Coach and develop crew and report performance to Area Manager.
