Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years in Fleet Operations, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with commercial vehicles, vans, trucks, or fleets.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet operations for maximum availability and efficiency.
• Manage vehicle allocation and driver assignments based on delivery needs.
• Monitor fleet utilization and identify productivity improvements.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with service providers.
• Ensure vehicles have valid registrations, insurance, and inspections.
• Track fuel, maintenance costs, and overall fleet expenses.
• Monitor safety standards and company policies.
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise driver performance, attendance, and safety compliance.
• Support driver onboarding and training.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and vendors.
• Prepare fleet records, reports, and KPIs for management.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Support fleet expansion and continuous improvement projects.
