• Train and guide new drivers on procedures and service requirements.
• Oversee vehicle conditions and alert maintenance needs.
• Ensure driver readiness with licenses and required documentation.
• Coordinate with management during emergencies and high-pressure situations.
• Address customer complaints related to drivers and report findings.
• Prepare daily management reports assessing status and workflow.
