Job summary

Ananinja in Riyadh is seeking a proactive Fleet Supervisor to oversee daily fleet operations, ensure vehicle availability, safety, compliance and cost efficiency within a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role covers vehicle maintenance coordination, driver performance, and extensive reporting. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in fleet/transportation and at least 2 years in supervisory roles, with strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Transportation, or related field.
• 3–5 years of Fleet Operations, Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing commercial vehicles, vans, trucks, or distribution fleets.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations to maximize vehicle availability and efficiency.
• Manage vehicle allocation and driver assignments based on needs.
• Monitor fleet utilization and identify productivity improvements.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance with workshops and service providers.
• Ensure vehicles have valid registrations, insurance, inspections, and regulatory docs.
• Track fuel consumption and maintenance costs; support cost optimization.
• Monitor vehicle condition and ensure safety standards and company policies are followed.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; implement corrective actions.
• Supervise driver performance, attendance, and safety adherence.
• Support driver onboarding, training, and performance improvement programs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and vendors.
• Prepare and maintain fleet records, reports, and docs.
• Generate fleet performance reports and KPIs for management.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
• Support fleet expansion and continuous improvement projects.
