Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in fleet coordination or transportation operations.
• Experience in oil & gas, drilling, construction, or heavy equipment operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet activities including vehicle allocation and driver scheduling.
• Monitor vehicle usage and update fleet movement records.
• Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and service coordination.
• Prepare periodic fleet reports and KPI tracking records.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and documentation.
