Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in transport planning or a related field.
• Experience in automotive logistics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily vehicle transportation activities to support efficient fleet operations.
• Use SAP for transport planning, scheduling, and day-to-day operational transactions.
• Maintain accurate system information and ensure transport activities are properly recorded.
• Monitor vehicle availability and allocate fleet resources according to priorities and customer requirements.
• Maximize fleet utilization while ensuring cost control and safety compliance.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, dispatch, offloading, and servicing within the yard.
• Prepare monthly Trip Allowance Reports and Vehicle Offload Reports.
