Job summary

Nabors seeks an experienced HSE professional to oversee daily HSE functions, liaise with the QHSE Manager, and coordinate safety programs across sites in Saudi Arabia. The role covers HSE management, training, incident investigations, emergency planning, and contractor coordination within Nabors’ operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma or technical degree, 5+ years in a similar role, strong English skills, and familiarity with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have English language skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of modern office procedures and recordkeeping.
• Must be able to travel to work sites.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position for another drilling/service contractor or 6 months of service with Nabors.
• HSE professional certificates such as OSHA-30H, NEBOSH IGC.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HSE management and implementation as per company standards and local regulations.
• Conduct HAZID/HAZOP sessions to identify hazards and implement controls.
• Lead training and toolbox talks to promote safety awareness.
• Coordinate journey management and report on vehicular incidents and driving behavior.
• Coordinate contractor HSE plans and ensure compliance with Nabors HSE requirements.
• Perform camp/staff housing safety oversight and ensure sanitation and safety compliance.
