Job summary

Flow Progressive Logistics is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to join the Operations – Transportation team in Saudi Arabia, covering Jeddah and Jubail. You will coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, arrange workshop appointments, and ensure timely repairs to minimize downtime.

The role requires 2–4 years in fleet maintenance coordination with knowledge of heavy vehicles, CMMS/ERP systems, and strong documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in fleet maintenance coordination, workshop operations, or commercial vehicle maintenance.
• Good knowledge of heavy/commercial vehicles, preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and workshop processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CMMS, fleet maintenance, or ERP systems.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for fleet vehicles.
• Arrange workshop appointments and follow up with internal teams and external service providers.
• Minimize vehicle downtime by prioritizing repairs and monitoring vehicle readiness.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service histories, inspection records, and job orders.
• Track warranties, service agreements, MVPI requirements, and maintenance compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with procurement and vendors for spare parts, quotations, and maintenance requirements.
• Receive maintenance requests from drivers and ensure proper follow-up and closure.
• Update fleet maintenance systems and trackers with job order and vehicle status.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs including fleet availability, downtime, PM compliance, repair turnaround time, and maintenance costs.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with company HSE standards and applicable Saudi regulations.
