Job summary

FleetEx 360 KSA in Jeddah is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily fleet operations on-site, coordinate vehicle deployment across customer sites, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards. Role Description

The Fleet Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for coordinating daily fleet operations and supporting the efficient movement of vehicles across customer sites and internal operations. This role manages vehicle assignments, monitors utilization, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards. The Fleet Coordinator communicates with drivers, workshop teams, vendors, and clients to schedule maintenance, resolve operational issues, and support timely transportation and delivery activities. The position involves maintaining accurate records of fleet status, service history, and performance KPIs, while supporting route planning, breakdown response, and cost control initiatives. The Fleet Coordinator collaborates closely with operations management to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to reliable, high-availability fleet performance.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Fleet Operations and Fleet Management, with experience coordinating vehicle deployment and availability.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with drivers, internal teams, and external clients.
• Competence in Operations Management, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and basic performance tracking.
• Ability to use fleet management systems, telematics or GPS tools, and office productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, reporting tools).
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics, safety standards, and transportation regulations is beneficial.
• Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet coordination in KSA or the region is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
