Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily leasing activities and vehicle delivery/return as per contracts.
• Handle customer inquiries, lease requests, vehicle availability and contract matters.
• Prepare lease agreements, handover documents, delivery notes and returns.
• Coordinate with sales, fleet management, maintenance and finance teams.
• Monitor fleet utilization, delivery schedules and renewal/expiry dates.
• Maintain accurate lease records and respond to customer requirements promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
