The ideal candidate has a diploma in business administration or equivalent, strong English, and proven experience in team leadership and customer service within transportation or logistics.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in business administration or related field.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience in team management and customer service in logistics/transport.
• Understanding of daily operational coordination and transport workflows.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities to support efficient transportation and logistics services.
• Communicate with drivers, operations teams, customers, and internal departments.
• Support team coordination and monitor daily operational performance.
• Help ensure timely service delivery and adherence to schedules.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate resolution of issues.
• Maintain records, schedules and reports.
• Use Excel, Word and Outlook to manage information and communication.
• Monitor service delivery and identify efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delays and challenges.
• Support performance monitoring and reporting activities.
