Job summary

Flip retail in Jeddah is seeking an Operations Executive to oversee the appraisal of purchased automobiles and ensure all details are captured and verified against physical condition. You will enter data into the system, coordinate with Finance for settlements, and work with suppliers to move cars after payments are confirmed.

The role requires confidence, discipline, and a strong numerical mindset to manage large data and adhere to procedures.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Ability to project a professional appearance.
Excellent communication skills, especially in spoken interactions with customers.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Experience in fleet and supply management.
Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
Additional duties as required.

Responsibilities

Evaluate purchased automobiles to ensure purchaser inspection is accurate and all details are covered.
Input and press information into the system based on the car's physical condition.
Coordinate with Finance for settlements and with suppliers for moving cars after payment confirmation.
Must be confident, disciplined, and process-driven, with strong numerical abilities to handle large data quickly.
