Job summary

FleetEx 360 KSA in Jeddah is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily fleet operations on-site, coordinate vehicle deployment across customer sites, and ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards. You will liaise with drivers, workshop teams, vendors, and clients to schedule maintenance, resolve operational issues, and optimise vehicle utilization.

The role requires meticulous record-keeping of fleet status, service history, and KPI performance, while supporting cost control

Qualifications

• Strong skills in fleet operations and management.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Competence in operations scheduling and workflow coordination.
• Ability to use fleet management systems and GPS/telematics.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance basics and safety standards.
• Organized with attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in logistics or fleet coordination in KSA is advantageous.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
