Job summary

BKN301 is building fintech solutions for banks, fintechs, and merchants with a growing international footprint. You will lead strategic, cross-functional programs in Saudi Arabia, coordinating business, product, technology, compliance, and partners to deliver large-scale initiatives that align with growth objectives.

You will drive decision-making, manage risks, and ensure alignment between strategy and execution, contributing to the Kingdom's digital financial services landscape as the Riyadh

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Program/Project/Product Delivery leadership in fintech or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Finance or related field.
• Arabic fluency and professional English.
• Experience managing large cross-functional technology programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex fintech programs, defining roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and ecosystem partners for successful execution.
• Drive delivery across onboarding, payments, wallet solutions, compliance, and related capabilities.
• Translate business objectives into PRDs, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
• Establish governance, reporting, and executive updates for visibility and control.
• Manage program risks, dependencies, priorities, and delivery challenges across stakeholders.
