Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of Malayalee or Egyptian cuisine.
• Strong leadership and staff training ability.
• Excellent English communication; Malayalam/Arabic a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
