Oman OnlineConnect in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Head Chef to lead our Malayalee kitchen. The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an Executive Chef in fine dining or hotels and a passion for authentic Malayalee flavors.

You will oversee kitchen operations, design menus, ensure quality and consistency, train staff, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Salary is 1000 USD per month; accommodation is not provided and a valid Saudi work visa is required.

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Head Chef with a passion for creating authentic Malayalee cuisine. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as an Executive Chef in high-end restaurants or hotels, with a focus on Malayalee cuisine. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, developing new menu items, and ensuring the overall quality and consistency of our dishes. You must have strong leadership skills to manage and train kitchen staff, as well as excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under pressure. Accommodation will not be provided, so the candidate must have their own visa to work in Saudi Arabia.
