Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks a Finance Head of Regional Service for the Middle East to lead a geographically dispersed finance team, drive profitability and cash management, and partner with senior leaders. You will steer budgeting, forecasting and risk management across multiple countries in a matrix environment.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic or regional language skills are advantageous. Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally is expected in this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of finance experience with growth in sales, projects and service.
• Strong understanding of project and service business models and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regional Service Finance team across the Middle East with governance and collaboration.
• Provide financial leadership for orders, projects, profitability, costs and cash.
• Partner with technical, commercial, sales and operations teams for sound decisions.
• Drive financial strategy, reporting, budgeting and forecasting with risk visibility.
