Confidential, a leading global real estate services organization, seeks an experienced Head of Finance to join its Riyadh-based senior leadership team. You will shape financial strategy, drive performance, strengthen governance, and support growth across the Middle East and Africa region.

In this role you will partner with regional CFOs and executives to deliver robust FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while guiding senior stakeholders and ensuring controls across multiple countries

Qualifications

• 15+ years of finance experience, incl. leadership in multinationals.
• Proven matrix-organisation experience across countries.
• Expertise in FP&A, governance, working capital.
• Ability to influence CEOs, boards and senior stakeholders.
• Professional finance qualification (CA/CPA/CFA or equivalent).

Job description

A leading global real estate services organization is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join its senior leadership team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a finance professional who can drive financial performance, strengthen governance, and support business growth across a multinational organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Regional CFO and senior management team to develop financial strategies, improve commercial performance, and provide valuable insights to support key business decisions across the Middle East and Africa region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy development and support overall business growth objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership to improve commercial performance and financial decision-making.
• Manage financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis activities.
• Strengthen financial governance, controls, and reporting processes.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to CEOs, boards, and senior stakeholders.
• Oversee working capital management and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
• Collaborate across multiple countries and business units within a complex matrix organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of finance experience, including significant leadership experience within multinational organizations.
• Strong experience working in a matrix structure across multiple countries and business functions.
• Expertise in commercial finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), business partnering, governance, and working capital management.
• Proven ability to influence and advise senior executives, CEOs, boards, and key stakeholders.
• Professional finance qualification such as CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
• Experience in real estate, professional services, financial services, or related industries is advantageous.
• Candidates currently based in the GCC and willing to relocate to Riyadh are encouraged to apply.
• Arabic language skills will be considered an advantage but are not mandatory.
