Job summary

Confidential, a leading global real estate services organization, seeks an experienced Head of Finance to join its Riyadh-based senior leadership team. You will shape financial strategy, drive performance, strengthen governance, and support growth across the Middle East and Africa region.

In this role you will partner with regional CFOs and executives to deliver robust FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while guiding senior stakeholders and ensuring controls across multiple countries

Qualifications

• 15+ years of finance experience, incl. leadership in multinationals.
• Proven matrix-organisation experience across countries.
• Expertise in FP&A, governance, working capital.
• Ability to influence CEOs, boards and senior stakeholders.
• Professional finance qualification (CA/CPA/CFA or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy development and performance.
• Partner with senior management to drive commercial finance.
• Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Strengthen governance and controls across regions.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to CEOs and boards.
• Manage working capital and drive financial improvements.
• Collaborate across GCC and regional units within a matrix structure.
